We are all wives of men who came to South Africa from other countries. There are more than a hundred of us. Our husbands come from Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestine, Senegal, Somalia, Sudan and Zimbabwe. Most of us are Muslims.

A Pan African Congress Legacy Project has been launched to deal with the outcomes of the recently concluded 8th Pan African Congress held in Accra in March, 2015.

We, as Jewish South Africans, are deeply saddened and distressed by the recent attacks and counter-attacks currently taking place in Israel/Palestine, and in particular the city of Jerusalem, holy to Christianity, Islam and Judaism.
